Job Description

Job Duties: -Electrical design of world class automated packaging equipment -Provide complete electrical package for each machine including electrical floor plan, purchased parts list, electrical schematics, PLC program and pneumatic diagram -Assist Sales and Marketing in the suggestion of conceptual ideas for quotation generation -Aide in development and maintenance of project budget in regards to engineering hours and purchasing -Work closely with Mechanical Engineers, Customers, Sales, Manufacturing, and Service department to ensure project success

Requirements

Experience working in a manufacturing environment with in-depth hands-on involvement in creating and maintaining PLC and servo programs for packaging equipment both on the assembly floor and in the field preferred.

On-site service calls offer many travel opportunities and use the latest technologies in computer controlled motion and PLC programming. Must be able to exercise good judgment, have excellent oral and written communication skills, meet deadlines and complete work accurately. Required strengths: * Mechanical Inclination * PLC & HMI Programming background * Self-motivated * Organizational skills * Motion Control Experience * Electrical CAD design

Preferred experience: * AutoCAD * Allen Bradley PLC (ControlLogix & SLC) * Servo Drives (Indramat & Allen Bradley) * HMI (PanelView Plus)
