Job Description

Samson Controls, Inc., a world leader in control valve and accessory manufacturer and supplier, is currently accepting resumes for the above-referenced position. The qualified applicants will be responsible for: supporting our outside salesforce and industrial clients; providing technical expertise, applications review and product information and selection; providing salesforce and customers with pricing quotations and proposals; presenting applications and product information at training seminars; order entry and processing; reviewing customers specifications and responding to their inquiries; control valves and actuators sizing and instrumentation selection; liaison with the technical and sales support teams of our German-based group of companies.

Requirements

All qualified candidates will be energetic self-starters with excellent communication skills and the desire to achieve challenging goals and objectives. A degree/diploma in the instrumentation, chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering field and computer skills in Word, Excel and other general office programs are required. Previous experience in a similar environment or a plant would be an asset. Knowledge of the German language would be an asset but is not required.
