Bend Research Inc., a growing, multidisciplinary contract research and development company is seeking B.S.- or M.S.- Level Engineers to design, manufacture, and integrate equipment for pharmaceutical research and development projects. Successful candidates will have strong hands-on abilities, as well as in-depth understanding of fundamental engineering theories.
Areas of expertise should include industrial automation (e.g., PLC, sensors, programming), computer-assisted design (CAD) experience, and control system design. Expertise in equipment manufacturing is an asset. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and clearly present experimental results are required, due to the strong teamwork orientation of the company, the multidisciplinary nature of the work, and the customer interaction that is required. In addition, successful candidates will be able to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
