Summary
Secure, plan, implement and direct all corporate Design/Build and Special Projects, which may include budget estimates, design schemes and team building to ensure completion of said projects. Support the total quality effort. Identify and respond to the needs of internal personnel and external customers 100% of the time.

• Design Engineer • Sales Engineer • Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain customer relationships via existing customers and new ventures. This may include account management and sales type activities.
• Oversee all pricing and design schemes set forth by Design/Build team to ensure correct profit margins are met as well as maintaining the integrity of the company engineering standards.
• Review, approve, and implement all engineering standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to all departments as well as increasing the knowledge base of Design/Build team. This may include the encouragement of further education via college or field related courses.
• Provide Value Engineering support to gain project not normally obtainable due to budget restraints.
• Manage the production of legible and workable design documents to provide maximum amount of flexibility for field personnel while stipulating the sound base design practices.
• Develop Design/Build sales budget for the V.P. of Construction.
• Perform annual review and wage adjustments for all department personnel.
